Gad Sosa is a technology executive who has spent more than two decades turning ambitious software ideas into secure, scalable products. He specializes in the full AI and ML lifecycle — from model development and training through GPU orchestration and low-latency production inference — and in the organizational leadership that makes those systems reliable.
He currently leads R&D at DeepKeep, building machine-learning security products at the intersection of research and enterprise engineering. Before that he was Senior Engineering Manager at Informatica, VP R&D & CTO at ActiveTrail, Founder & CTO at Brio Software, and Director of R&D at MSN Israel.
Gad takes on two kinds of engagements: full-time executive roles (VP R&D / CTO) and committed, multi-month transformations where technology leadership is the difference between scaling and stalling. He works with founders, CEOs, boards, and investors who need a trusted technical leader in the seat.
